Join us for a film screening and discussion of “An Ordinary Hero: The True Story of Joan Trumpauer Mulholland” at the Kulkarni Theatre, Penn State Harrisburg, on Sunday, March 23, 2025, at 2 pm.

By the time she was 19, civil rights legend Joan Trumpauer Mulholland had already participated in over 3 dozen protests when she was put on death row after joining Freedom Rides.  An Ordinary Hero is an empowering tribute to the human spirit that will inspire people to do what is right even when it isn’t easy.

Tickets are $15 or $25 with book “Get Back to the Counter”.
